I really like Richmond because it doesn't look like any other area of Houston. Here you will find a charming, old school Texas style courthouse and a town laid out on a grid. Most of Richmond, however, is outside of this small city grid. The reason I like Richmond so much is due-the oak trees and minor hills. Some of the neighborhoods have streets with oak canopies fully covering them. It gives Richmond neighborhoods a certain Old South look that you don't get in the typical pine forest suburb of Houston.

Types Of Graduate Degrees [Ph. D., M. A.,, M. S. W., M. B. A., M. P. A. ] Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D) The highest of the advanced degrees, the requirements to earn a Ph. However, generally, the Ph. is broken down into the following components [time to complete each part in brackets]: 1) Coursework in the intended field of study [1-3 years], 2) preliminary, comprehensive, or cumulative oral and written examinations on coursework focusing on wide knowledge in the field [1 year], 3) oral and written examinations that test specialized knowledge of coursework and field [1 year], and 4) depending on discipline, the completion of a 50-450 page dissertation on a research project in your field [2-6 years]. As you can see from the timeframe of 5-8 years, a Ph. is a major time commitment that requires passion, perseverance, and consistent effort towards your subject.
I prefer the color scheme of Vanguard (much easier on the eyes) and that it is less busy looking. Apparently, Fidelity has the better mobile app. Fidelity has Active Trader Pro software, lower expense ratios, an no mutual fund minimum, and 24/7 customer service. Personally, I do not think the differences in expense ratios matter, and I can already clear the Vanguard minimums, so that should not be a factor. Vanguard is more tax efficient for holding mutual funds in a taxable account, although apparently this patent will expire in 2023, so maybe all the other brokerages will eventually receive the same benefit. I trust Vanguard more because of the ownership structure. When I get old and have cognitive decline, maybe Fidelity will push me toward active funds with high expense ratios, but Vanguard probably will not do this? Also, I have heard that Fidelity will sell my information, but Vanguard will not? So, I trust Vanguard more, but they seem to be missing a ton of perks that Fidelity has and going with Fidelity would allow me to have my taxable, IRA, and HSA accounts all in one place.
Nothing looked good. I felt like I was being surrounded by fish and anywhere I looked I couldn't get away from it and it was an odd feeling I've never felt before cuz I normally love fish. Not even fried looked good 😠I just always want soup or something not, idk. And I could always go for a Good pound of fruit / veggies 😂 I've only been having the cramps on my right side, and I just got some new red stretch marks near the belly button. Or my hips started shaping kinda weird along with the sides of my body, I'm a little chubby so I have a tummy already. Usually when I loose weight I loose it everywhere. I've lost it in a lot of places but the main stomach!! (Lately) The bottom pouch. I was 255, when I went to the doctors I was 225, so I lost weight and I can tell in my legs, but the way it has changed like it's never been by my hips or... It's more in depth but I've already typed a lot. My tests have came negative (urine and blood) which I just now realized. I shouldn't have even tested then, because I got the mirena inserted feb 4, in my period window.
